Pre-Conference Workshops
Hands-on training day with two parallel workshops. Limited seats — first-come, first-served. Workshop registration is separate from main conference registration.

Interactive hands-on workshop featuring expert-led demonstrations, practical learning, and participant engagement.

Semen Analysis for Andrology
WHO-compliant protocols, morphology assessment, computer-assisted analysis, quality control. Hands-on microscopy and case discussions.
Bone Retrieval & Specimen Preparation
Cadaveric bone retrieval techniques, defleshing protocols, articulation, and long-term preservation for teaching and museum specimens.

Informal welcome for delegates, speakers, and workshop participants. Conference kits available for pickup. Light refreshments served.
Inaugural & Plenary Day
Conference opens with the inaugural ceremony, followed by the first keynote and two plenary sessions across gross/clinical anatomy and embryology.
Final Delegate Registration & Kit Pickup
Late registration desk open. Coffee and breakfast served.
Inaugural Ceremony & Lighting of the Lamp
Welcome address by Dr. Surajit Ghatak (Organising Chairperson), inaugural address by Patron, presidential addresses, and lamp-lighting ceremony.
Keynote: From Dissection to Diagnosis
Opening keynote on the evolving role of anatomy in modern medicine — cadaveric foundation to AI-augmented diagnostics.

Gross & Clinical Anatomy
Three invited lectures covering surgical anatomy, regional anatomy in clinical context, and cadaveric teaching innovations.
Lunch
Free Paper / Oral Presentation Sessions
Parallel sessions across three tracks. Selected from accepted abstracts. 8 min presentation + 4 min Q&A per paper.
Tea Break
Poster Session 1 (Tracks 1–3)
Authors present at their posters. Judges visit each poster for the Best Poster Award shortlist.
Scientific Sessions & Banquet
The most ambitious day — two plenaries spanning AI and neuroscience, parallel symposia, and the conference banquet in the evening.
Anatomy in the AI Era
The convergence of imaging, machine learning, virtual dissection, and computational anatomy. Featuring an international panel.
Tea Break
Embryology & Developmental Biology
Human development, congenital anomalies, stem cell biology, organogenesis. Three invited speakers + free paper session.
Histology & Cell Biology
Tissue architecture, cellular ultrastructure, advanced microscopy. Three invited speakers + free paper session.
Lunch
Neuroanatomy & Neuroscience
CNS and PNS architecture, neuroimaging correlates, neurodegeneration. Four invited lectures.

Poster Session 2 (Tracks 4–6)
Second poster session with author presence. Final judging for Best Poster Award.
Conference Banquet & Cultural Evening
Traditional Rajasthani dinner with folk performances (Manganiyar music, Kalbelia dance) and the opportunity to network in a relaxed setting.
Translational Day & Closing
Final day focused on education, body donation, and the future of the anatomy curriculum. Awards ceremony and valedictory function in the afternoon.

Valedictory Function
Closing address by the Organising Chairperson, vote of thanks, hand-over to the next host institution, and the formal close of ISHA 2027.
