Submission Guidelines

Please review the requirements below before completing the form. All abstracts are peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Format Requirements

  • Word limit: 250–300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations).
  • Structure: Background · Methods · Results · Conclusion.
  • Title: Maximum 25 words, sentence case, no abbreviations in the title.
  • File format: PDF or DOC/DOCX, maximum 5 MB.
  • Language: English only.
  • Keywords: 3 to 5 keywords required.

Authorship & Review

  • Presenting author: Must be a registered delegate before final acceptance.
  • Co-authors: Up to 5 co-authors with full name, affiliation, and email.
  • SOCA membership: Mandatory for Indian delegates submitting an abstract.
  • PG students: Bonafide certificate from the Head of Department required.
  • Review: All abstracts reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Decisions are final.
  • Originality: Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.
